SUBMISSIONS

What we're looking for:

• Romance (all sub-genres and spice levels!)

• Women's/fem lit (stories that center the feminine experience)

• ​Holiday and season-specific fiction welcome and wanted!

• Short stories & novellas (up to 35,000 words)​​

• ​Compelling and thoughtful stories that will make our readers swoon

• Please no AI

Lengths:

• Short stories (up to 10,000 words)

• Novellas (10,001 words to 35,000 words)

Other Notes:

• Authors will be compensated for accepted work.

• We aim to respond within 6 weeks

• Multiple submissions are okay! Just let us know if you've been accepted elsewhere by emailing us at swoonsocietymag@gmail.com

• If accepted, you agree to not publish your story elsewhere for a minimum of 6 months
